In 2012, I founded Crystal Clean Green Cleaning with a $100 gift card for supplies and a simple goal: build a company that treated people well and operated with integrity. What began as a small local service grew into one of the region’s most recognized residential cleaning companies, earning multiple awards for sustainability, employee wellness, and community impact across Sarasota and Manatee County.

As the company expanded, I shifted my focus to leadership and organizational development, including building high-performing teams, creating systems for consistent performance, and supporting responsible growth while maintaining core values. I am especially interested in helping organizations identify strengths, address operational gaps, and align leadership decisions with long-term strategy.
