Steven Pajevic is a founder-operator, speaker, small business advocate, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience across entrepreneurship, financial services, corporate operations, professional education, workforce development, workplace wellness, sustainability, technology, and community leadership.

His work centers on a simple idea: strong organizations should perform well, support their people, adapt intelligently, and create value that extends beyond the bottom line.

Steven and his wife, Kristina, cofounded Crystal Clean Green Cleaning in 2012 using a $100 Walmart gift card and no outside funding. What began as a small family business grew into an award-winning company recognized for business performance, customer service, workplace wellness, sustainability, and community impact.

Crystal Clean is one of the clearest proofs of Steven's approach to leadership. Building and operating the company has required real decisions about people, growth, financial pressure, customer expectations, workforce challenges, technology, culture, and change. That experience grounds Steven's perspective, but it does not define the limits of his work.

Today, Steven brings that perspective to speaking, business coaching and advisory, leadership and workforce strategy, workplace well-being, technology and innovation, sustainable business, and community impact.
